TURN8 has no office bench. Every role is either embedded on-site with the client — inside their operations, alongside their teams — or fully remote. Where you work is set by the mandate, not by a desk. Client-embedded roles are based where the engagement is; remote roles operate on GCC hours.

- Manage client stakeholders across hospitality, health, and institutional counterparties
Operationalise longevity venture delivery on the ground — protocols, staffing models, service design, and readiness — working under the practice's clinical governance, with all clinical decisions held by the Medical Director.
- Design and run operating models for longevity venture engagements, from readiness assessment through launch

Support live longevity venture mandates across research, commercial modelling, and delivery coordination — high-ownership exposure to the flagship practice of the Venture Building engine.
- Conduct market research and counterparty analysis for longevity-sector engagements
- Build commercial models, cohort economics, and engagement reporting

Lead CVC programs we operate for corporate clients across KSA and the GCC. Own sourcing, diligence, investment execution, and portfolio governance under GP-as-a-Service mandates.
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities aligned with each client's mandate
- Lead diligence, term sheet negotiation, and investment committee presentations
- Manage portfolio relationships and board-level engagement on behalf of clients

Drive deal flow and investment operations for the CVC programs TURN8 operates, working directly with corporate clients and portfolio founders.

Every TURN8 role is either client-embedded or remote. Client-embedded roles operate on-site with the client — inside their organisation, alongside their teams — based where the engagement is, primarily Riyadh and Dubai. Remote roles operate on GCC hours. There is no central office bench; where you work is set by the mandate.
