Introduction

These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at turn8.co and any related pages, content or online resources that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. About TURN8 and Scope

TURN8 is an innovation platform providing corporate venture building, strategic investment support, AI-related advisory and accelerator services to corporate clients, startups, investors, and growth companies.

The Site is provided for general information, marketing and communication purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell financial products, securities, or regulated

investment services, nor does it create any advisory, consulting or client relationship between you and TURN8.

Any specific engagement with TURN8 is governed by a separate written agreement. In the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

2. Global Reach and Local Compliance

The Site is operated from the GCC and made available to users globally. Access to the Site may not be legal for certain persons or in certain jurisdictions, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with local laws and regulations that apply to you, including any rules relating to financial promotions or digital content.

TURN8 does not represent that content on the Site is appropriate or available in all locations.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
  • Copy, scrape, harvest or otherwise use Site content for competitive or commercial purposes without our written consent.
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable material.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

4. Information on the Site (No Advice, No Offer)

Content on the Site—including articles, case studies, frameworks, insights and any Knowledge Hub materials—is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before

making any decisions based on information from the Site, especially in regulated areas such as financial services, data protection or securities law.

Past performance or outcomes described in case studies or portfolio examples do not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TURN8 or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, downloadable resources, and the associated methodologies and frameworks.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TURN8 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own internal business or personal informational purposes only.

  • Use any TURN8 trade name, logo or brand.

6. Knowledge Hub and Free Downloads

The Site may feature a Knowledge Hub or similar section allowing you to access or download articles, frameworks, checklists, templates, slide decks, videos, or other materials (collectively, “Resources”), typically free of charge.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific Resource:

  • Resources are provided for general information and internal training only, and do not constitute professional advice.
  • TURN8 retains all intellectual property rights in the Resources.

Subject to these Terms, TURN8 grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to:

  • Download and store a copy of the Resources.
  • Use and reproduce the Resources internally within your organization for non-commercial, informational and training purposes.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

  • Sell, license or commercially exploit the Resources.
  • Publicly post the Resources, or substantial parts of them, on another website or platform.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, attribution or proprietary notices.
  • Modify the Resources in a way that misrepresents TURN8’s role, methodology or authorship.

Where you are allowed to share a Resource internally or with clients, you must provide appropriate credit to TURN8 and keep all copyright and attribution notices intact.

If the Knowledge Hub allows user contributions (e.g., comments or uploads), any such content you submit (“User Content”) remains owned by you, but you grant TURN8 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, adapt and display it for operating and improving the Site, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. User Submissions and Contact Forms

When you submit information through contact forms, application forms, scheduling tools, or email links on the Site (collectively, “Submissions”), you:

  • Represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
  • Authorize TURN8 to use, store and process the Submissions to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential engagements or program applications, and operate our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information (e.g., detailed trade secrets, sensitive personal data) via general forms unless we explicitly request it through a secure channel.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including portfolio company sites, scheduling tools, form providers, analytics services, social networks or other external resources.

These are provided for convenience only. TURN8 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or security. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. No Warranties

The Site and all content (including Resources) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TURN8 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from harmful code.

TURN8 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TURN8 and its partners, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages.
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
  • Any damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content, even if TURN8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If TURN8 is found liable, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to USD 100 (or equivalent), to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TURN8 and its partners, officers, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of or access to the Site.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
